Summary

I am currently a Teaching Fellow in Psychology at the University of Portsmouth, having recently a PhD in Comparative Psychology (Animal Behaviour) which explored the relationship between behavioural needs and the development of stereotypic behaviours in ungulates. My research interests centre around behaviour and welfare, particular in understanding the predictors of poor welfare across an animal's lifetime, and how prior life experiences can affect current welfare.
