Biography
I started my nursing career at the University of Portsmouth in 1997 and qualified as a registered Adult nurse (RGN) in the year 2000. I have worked in intensive care for over 15 years and became involved in simulation training in 2007. During my clinical career, I undertook intensive care and mentoring modules at the University of Southampton. I continued to develop and successfully completed a Certificate in Education and Master’s degree in advanced professional practice in health care studies at the University of Portsmouth.
