Biography

I have over nine years of experience in education, encompassing teaching at high school, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels, as well as roles in education administration and research. My research interests centre on educational leadership and management, with a focus on policy formulation and implementation, particularly in the context of global education and development policies. I am passionate about advancing policies that expand access to quality education for marginalized communities. My PhD research investigates the local-level implementation of the Universal Basic Education policy in Nigeria. I am keen to continue exploring how education can be delivered equitably and effectively to foster meaningful skill development, self-reliance and socio-economic empowerment.
