Biography

Before transitioning into academia, I spent over 15 years in the IT and telecom industries, holding a variety of roles, including Product Manager, Agile Project Manager, and Systems Analyst and Designer. During this time, I contributed to the success of major projects and gained invaluable industry knowledge, which now enriches my academic career. I had the opportunity to work with leading companies such as Ericsson, Nokia, and MTN, where I not only contributed to key initiatives but also delivered professional development courses and served as a consultant and instructor for various organizations.

I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Information Technology and am currently pursuing a PhD in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Portsmouth.

With over five years of teaching experience, I have actively contributed to academia through published research and thought leadership in my field. I take pride in blending practical industry experience with

academic theory, ensuring that my students gain a deep understanding of real-world applications in IT and Agile project management.

Maintaining a strong connection between hands-on experience and academic rigor is a core principle in my work. I believe that this integration offers immense value to both students and professionals, helping them bridge the gap between theory and practice for more impactful learning and growth.
