Biography

I joined the Faculty of Business and Law after a number of years working in financial services marketing in the City of London.  I worked for a major accountancy firm and a leading bank, and I have professional qualifications in banking, marketing and digital marketing, as well as a Masters degree in marketing.  

I have many years experience of teaching marketing, especially services marketing and marketing communications, to undergraduate and postgraduate marketing and business students, including at universities in Holland and Greece. 

I have been Director of Postgraduate Marketing courses and from 2016 to 2021 I was Head of Postgraduate Taught Business Courses overseeing a diverse portfolio of more than 30 courses. I have extensive experience of course development and design, validation and review.
