Criminal barrister at Drystone Chambers
Grace is a criminal barrister at Drystone Chambers. She prosecutes and defends in all areas of criminal work on the Western Circuit.
Grace is an alumni of the University of Portsmouth, having graduated in 2020. It is partially through completing the advocacy unit at university that Grace pursued a career at the bar. She studied the Bar Practice Course at the University of Law in Bristol from 2021 and then began pupillage with the Crown Prosecution Service in 2022. Grace joined her current chambers in November 2023.
Grace is a keen advocate for volunteering when you can, and firmly believes that her voluntary work and job as a waitress in a pub in the past helped her gain valuable real life experiences that could be drawn on in applications and interviews, and now in her work.
Outside of work Grace loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, walking and getting back down to the Cornish coast, where she is from, whenever she can.
