A new podcast series launches today to offer advice, life lessons, and share richly felt experiences for women entrepreneurs.

The Accelerating Women’s Enterprise - Stories from the front line’ podcast features a wide range of business owners, community leaders, charity directors, researchers, mentors, networkers and entrepreneurs of every kind - all of whom have been involved in the Accelerating Women’s Enterprise (AWE) Project at the University of Portsmouth.

AWE is a multi-partner EU-funded project that included new research, which informed innovative training and mentoring for women on both sides of the English Channel. It trained over 750 entrepreneurs and helped more than 100 women start businesses in France and the UK. Ending in March 2023, the project has left a rich legacy of learning resources and research to support gender-aware enterprise training and development.
