Paul Mould

Paul leads our work in corporate governance and oversees the governance processes of the University and its subsidiary companies. He is also responsible for student complaints, risk management and business continuity, information governance, internal audit, insurance and all legal and contracting services.

Paul joined us from King's College London where he has undertaken a number of roles, most recently Deputy College Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Paul has over thirty years experience in the sector, including in student facing roles, bringing with him experience and a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, key national policy, regulatory and compliance matters.

Paul has been heavily involved in the Council of Higher Education Internal Auditors (CHEIA) as a National Exec member and Southern Region Chair. He was also a founder member and National Exec member for the Higher Education Business Continuity Network (HEBCoN). He currently acts as a Chair of Governors at a primary school in Surrey.
